The deal: no takebacks
Once you've paid for a listing, it's yours to keep. No refunds after that point. (Your legal rights aren't affected by this, of course.)
When we do refund you
There's one scenario where your cash comes straight back: if our team rejects or removes your paid listing, you get a full refund automatically to your original payment method. We'll also send a credit note. If you paid in crypto, just give us a payout address and we'll sort it.
Disputes and chargebacks
If a payment gets disputed or charged back, anything bought with that order comes down while we investigate. Resolve the dispute in our favour and your listing goes back up. Lose it, and the takedown sticks.
