Run your own race
Head to /account/notifications and pick your alerts. For each type of notice, choose where it lands: Email, Telegram or Slack. Then pick your pace: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off.
Telegram and Slack? You'll wire up your own bot or webhook. Chat channels can have optional quiet hours so you're not glued to your phone during launch night.
The notices you can't bench
A few are locked in. You'll always get them:
- Receipts and refunds
- Payment hiccups and disputes
- When a listing is held for your founder profile
- Listing status changes
- Missing badges
- Security alerts (new device sign-in, email change)
These keep your account safe and your launches on track.
Quick exit
Every notice email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Tap it to switch off that kind of notice. That's it.

Questions people ask
- Can I turn off every notice?
- No. Payment alerts, security notices, listing status changes and a few others are required. You'll always get those. Everything else? Yours to dial up or down.
- What if I don't want emails at all?
- Pick Telegram or Slack instead at /account/notifications. Or choose Off for most notices and keep only the ones you need.
- How do I unsubscribe from just one type of notice?
- Every notice email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Hit it and that notice type switches off. You stay subscribed to everything else.
