You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you move to the Free plan. Payments are non-refundable, so there is no refund for the rest of the period.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
Plan credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over. However, credits you buy as top-ups carry over and expire 365 days after purchase.
Can I buy credits without changing my subscription plan?
Yes. You can top up from Credits on any plan, including Free. A top-up is a one-off purchase and does not start a subscription.
What happens when I change my plan?
An upgrade applies immediately. A downgrade is scheduled for the start of your next billing period, and you can undo it until then.
