How do text characters and credits work?
Each text character generated consumes credits. The exact cost depends on the model used. For V2 Multilingual models, 1 text character equals 1 credit. For V2 Flash/Turbo English and V2.5 Flash/Turbo Multilingual models, discounted pricing applies with costs between 0.5 and 1 credit per character.
Do you offer annual billing, and what does it cost?
Yes, annual billing is available and works out to two months free. You pay for 10 months, so the annual price equals the monthly price multiplied by 10. Equivalent monthly prices on annual plans are: Starter $5, Creator $18.33, Pro $82.50, Scale $249.17, and Business $825.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will not renew and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
